What is the Our Rajkot Navratri season pass?
The Our Rajkot season pass lets you book entry for the Navratri celebration in Rajkot. Choose a full-season pass for all nights or a day pass for selected nights, then complete secure online payment.
How do I book tickets online?
Tap Book Now, pick Season Pass or Day Pass, choose your category (Male, Female, Couple, or listed options), fill attendee details, complete KYC for the primary buyer, and pay via UPI, card, or wallet on Razorpay.
When do I receive my QR pass?
After successful payment your booking is confirmed and the QR pass appears under My Bookings right away. Download the PDF or show the QR at the venue. ID photos are kept on file for the organizer.
Is KYC (ID + selfie) required?
Yes. The primary buyer uploads their Aadhaar (number + card photo) and a clear selfie before payment. This is stored for the organizer; your QR is issued automatically after payment succeeds.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the ticket type and event policy shown at checkout. Non-refundable passes are marked clearly before you pay. Contact support from the Contact section if you need help with a booking.
