Tickets & entry

• Tickets are valid only for the event, date(s), and category purchased.
• Entry may require a VALID QR after KYC approval. Pending or rejected verification tickets are not accepted at the gate.
• Resale or misuse of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.

Accounts

Keep your login and OTP codes confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments

Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Successful payment confirmation from our payment partner is required to confirm a booking.

Conduct

Venue rules (age limits, prohibited items, dress code) apply. Staff may refuse entry for safety or policy reasons.
