• Booking details: attendees, ticket types, payment references
• KYC documents for the primary buyer (ID image + selfie) used only for verification and gate security
• Technical data: device/browser basics and analytics events (when GA4 is enabled)

How we use data

• To process orders, payments, and QR tickets
• To verify identity before activating entry passes
• To send booking confirmations and support replies
• To improve site performance and prevent fraud

Sharing

Payment data is processed by Razorpay. We do not sell personal data. Verification staff and venue gate systems may access the minimum information needed to validate entry.

Retention

Booking and verification records are kept as long as needed for event operations, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised where practical.
