KYC & entry rules

To keep the festival safe and fair, Our Rajkot verifies the primary buyer before activating QR passes.

What you upload

• Government ID: Aadhaar card (clear, readable photo) — PAN is not accepted
• Selfie matching the ID holder (good lighting, face visible)

Review

Documents are stored for the organizer to view in the admin panel. Your booking QR is issued automatically after successful payment — no separate approval wait.

Gate entry

• Show the QR from My Bookings or your downloaded PDF
• Carry the same ID used at booking when asked

Privacy
