Refund policy

Ticket refunds depend on the ticket type you purchase. Refundable and non-refundable options are shown on the event page and again at checkout before you pay.

Season & day passes

• If a pass is marked non-refundable, amounts paid are not returned after a successful payment, except where required by law or when Our Rajkot cancels the event.
• If a pass is marked refundable, follow the window and conditions shown at purchase. Requests after the cutoff may be declined.
• Coupons and promotional discounts may reduce the refundable amount to the net amount paid.

Event cancellation or date change

If Our Rajkot or the organizer cancels an event, eligible bookings are refunded or offered an alternate arrangement as communicated by email / SMS / WhatsApp.

Use Contact on the homepage or email hello@example.com with your order ID. Do not share full ID document photos over public social channels.
